Access & Facility Rules
Automated Entry
- Facility uses a smart access system. Once you book, you’ll receive a unique entry code or QR via email or app.
- Use your code to access the building and your assigned court or lane.
- Lighting, cameras, and climate systems are fully automated.
24x7 Access:
- Members and confirmed bookings have round-the-clock access.
- Staff available during 8 AM–10 PM for assistance.
- Off-peak hours are fully automated.
Footwear Policy
- Non-marking court shoes mandatory for pickleball.
- Outdoor shoes, sandals, or heels not permitted.
- Bowling lanes require clean, dry footwear or rentals.
- Damage from improper footwear may incur fees.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancel more than 24 hours before: full credit refund.
- Cancel within 24 hours: 50% charge.
- No-shows: full charge.
- League/event bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Code of Conduct
- Respect time slots and other players; exit promptly.
- No outside food or drinks on courts.
- Keep noise at respectful levels.
- Management reserves right to suspend access for policy violations.
