Cancellation Policy

 

TJ’s Sports is a sports club offering Badminton facilities. While walk-in athletes are welcome, availability of courts is not guaranteed. We strongly advise you to make a reservation to secure your slot and avoid any potential disappointment.

 

Late Arrival or Cancellation Policy:

 
  1. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or cancellations.
  2. All athletes must inform TJ’s Sports at least 48 hours in advance if they need to cancel or change their court booking. Any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the original time slot will be subject to full charges.
  3. We greatly appreciate it when athletes inform us in advance if they anticipate being late. If an athlete arrives more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, TJ’s Sports reserves the right to cancel their booking.

Membership cancellation policy

 
  • Notice Period: Provide a minimum of 5 days’ written notice before the intended cancellation date.
  • Cancellation Fees: A fee of $50 may apply if cancelling before the end of the minimum term.
  • Refunds: No refunds for payments already made
  • Process: Submit cancellation requests through email to pickleplus@tjssportsclub.com
  • Outstanding Balances: Ensure all outstanding balances are settled before cancellation is finalized.
  • Confirmation: Receive written confirmation of cancellation once processed.

By participating in the sport of Badminton at TJ’s Sports Club, the registered participant(s) acknowledge that TJ’s Sports Club has taken reasonable measures to ensure a safe environment. Participants are responsible for assessing and assuming the risks associated with participating in Badminton at the TJ’s Sports Club facility. Badminton is a sport that involves voluntary and involuntary competition, which may expose participants to the risk of serious injuries and direct or indirect economic, personal, or consequential damages. Participants should be aware that participation in Badminton at TJ’s Sports Club may involve contact with allergens, pathogens, or other harmful substances, and individuals with pre-existing medical conditions such as allergies, asthma, and epilepsy are solely responsible for their own treatment and avoidance of such substances.

The participant acknowledges that TJ’s Sports Club, including its employees and other parties at the club, shall not be held responsible for any injuries or damages, as the risk of such is solely assumed by the participant, regardless of whether they are caused by the deliberate or negligent conduct of the participant, spectators, bystanders, or TJ’s Sports Club.

The participant understands that TJ’s Sports Club shall not be held liable for any compensation for damages, including claims or lawsuits arising from injuries or damages suffered by the participant or any other individuals, regardless of the cause. The participant acknowledges that TJ’s Sports Club shall not be held responsible for any lost or damaged personal items before, during, or after the tournament. The participant agrees to review and comply with the rules and regulations of TJ’s Sports Club.
