MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Memberships are valid only for the registered member and are non-transferable.
• One court booking is defined as a maximum of 2 hours of court time.
• Court booking privileges are determined by the member’s selected membership plan and are subject to court availability and booking policies.
• Club Flex members receive unlimited access during designated Non-Peak Hours only, as defined by PicklePlus.
• Members must be present and actively participating during all reservations made under their membership.
• Court and bowling lane reservations are subject to availability and must be booked through the PicklePlus reservation system.
• PicklePlus reserves the right to block certain courts, lanes, or time slots for leagues, tournaments, clinics, lessons, maintenance, private events, special programming, or operational requirements.
• Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, abuse of booking privileges, or sharing of membership benefits may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.
• Membership fees are billed monthly and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
• PicklePlus reserves the right to modify operating hours, policies, programming, and pricing with reasonable notice. Any material changes to membership benefits will be communicated in advance.
• All members must comply with facility rules, safety requirements, and code of conduct policies.
• Management reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership privileges for conduct that violates facility rules, safety requirements, or materially disrupts the experience of other members.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership privileges for conduct deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive to other members.
